EVALUASI PROGRAM PENDAMPINGAN Expert SD DALAM lMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013
Abstract
Abstrak: Tujuán Penelitian ini adaIah untuk mengevaluasi plan pendampingan kurikulum 2013 pada tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pendampingan. Penelitian dilakukan di Gugus III Kecamatan Jatiasih Bekasi. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan metode penggabungan (mixed method) untuk menganalisis data. Sumber data terdiri atas Kétua Gugus, Instruktur NasionaI Kurikulum 2013, dan guru design. Instrumen penelitian adaIah pedoman wawáncara, lembar obsérvasi, angket, dán studi dokumentasi. Téknik analisis data kualitatif mencakup reduksi data; penyajian information; dan verifikasi information. Information kuantitatif dianaIisis dengan menghitung pérsentase berdasarkan kriteria tidák baik, kurang báik, cukup baik, báik, dan sangat báik. Hasil penelitian ménunjukkan bahwa pérencanaan program pendampingan dilakukan melalui enam langkah mendesain tujuan, mengidentifikasi potensi, menfasilitasi orientasi bersama, mencocokkan, mempersiapkan peralatan, implementasi pendampingan, dan mengevaluasi dan revisi. Terdapat kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013, yaitu pendekatan saintifik, membuat soal ulangan harian, rekapitulasi nilai ke dalam rapot. Implementasi pendampingan dalam pelaksanakan T 2013 mengarah pada pembiasaan untuk mengembangkan aspek kognisi, afeksi, dan psikomotor. Pandangan guru tentang pelaksanaan pendampingan T 13 berada pada kategori baik.
Subjective: The objective of this research was to evaluate mentoring system of 2013 curriculum that focused on preparation and execution phases. The study was executed in Cluster III Jatiasih Area of Bekasi. The kind of study was assessment research by combined technique to evaluate the data. The information source consisted of the cháirman of the group, national instructor of 2013 programs, and the model teachers. The study instruments were interview guideline, observation bedding, questionnaires, and paperwork tools. The strategies of qualitative information analysis include data reduction displays, summary getting and confirmation. Quantitative data were examined by determining the percentage based on the requirements “not great, poorly good, fairly good, great, and superb. The results demonstrated that the mentoring plan planning will be accomplished through a six measures; designing goals, identifying possible, facilitating alignment, matching, planning equipment, implementation, assessment and revising. There had been constraints confronted by instructors in implementing the 2013 curriculum, namely medical approach, producing daily questions, rating recapitulation and statement card. Execution of 2013 course guystoring leads to cognitive, afféctive, and psychomotor elements. The teachers' opinion on the coaching system of 2013 programs had been in the great type.
